Lucid Dreaming, Wild Imaginings and Consciousness

Lucid dreaming, wild imaginings and consciousness are all key ingredients in becoming a master lucid dreamer. Imagine a world where you can control the actions of people, what you do, where you are, what you look like and who you are. This is the world that you can create for yourself, if you practice the art of lucid dreaming.

There have been many studies on lucid dreaming, with a lot of interesting results. Top businessmen find that having lucid dreams motivates them to achieve more, as they allow their imaginations to run away with them. As a means to produce drive, desire and achievement, there’s nothing like lucid dreaming. Wild circumstances in you dreams allow you to think big, and reach for success.

There are many practical applications for lucid dreaming. If you find yourself stuck, or bored in life – lucid dreaming can release you from depression. It can unite your subconscious and conscious mind, so that you stimulate the ideas center in your brain. In your dreams you can be a rock star, a millionaire or you can practice doing, or overcoming something that you can’t in real life.

The science of dreaming big is related to lucid dreaming. Wild imaginations have always been the dominant trait in very successful people. While lucid dreams are very enjoyable, they can set you along the path to achieving your greatest desires. Guided meditation is often related to being awake in your dreams, and is a powerful force in reality.

Lucid Dreaming and Using Your Imagination

If you’ve been looking for a way to improve yourself, developing your imagination is a great first step. When you regain consciousness in a dream, you can unleash the potential of your imagination, and experience the world in an ideal situation. When you use your imagination this way, it makes achieving the impossible in the real world, less daunting – and will motivate you to makes things happen.

For success in business, relationships and family matters, the answer may lie in lucid dreaming. Wild thoughts can be tamed to become roadmaps for the future. Imagine yourself in that job, what you would say, how you would go about getting it – and allow your dream to shape your path. Use this information to get what you want.

Imagination fuels desire, which is why it’s such a powerful trait. When you want something badly enough, your conscious mind will make a plan to get it for you. People have been using lucid dreaming to help them turn their weaknesses into strengths, and to overcome phobias, barriers and limits that keep them inactive in their daily lives. Your imagination can set you free.

Lucid Dreaming and Consciousness

When you dedicate yourself to having lucid dreams, you can begin to plan for your future. If you’ve always had trouble talking to people – you can use lucid dreams to become the best speaker the world has ever seen. This confidence experienced in your dream state, will filter into your conscious mind, and make you more confident in the real world. That’s the power of lucid dreaming. Wild as it seems, it works.

The top businessmen we’ve been speaking about, take power naps – specifically to have lucid dreams. When you nap, your mind is in a heightened state of perception, and you’re more likely to recognize that you are dreaming. These naps last for 60 minutes, which is the common length for a dream cycle. Waking up after an hour will help you to remember your dreams, and seize control of them as they happen.

Your Lucid Dream Plan

There are patterns involved with lucid dreaming. Wild imaginations are great, but you should put them to good use. Some people have even quit smoking by doing it repeatedly in their dreams. You have to be proactive, and have a set goal – if you want to use lucid dreaming to achieve something in the real world. The fastest, and easiest way to do this is by taking power naps.

Plan to sleep for one hour 3-4 hours after you’ve woken up in the morning. Before you sleep, meditate on your dream goal. Fill your mind with what you’d like to achieve and try to continue that thought pattern as your mind drifts. Once you are dreaming, check to see if you are by using a reality check. Test your limits. Really let your imagination run wild. You’re looking for ideal situations that will leave you feeling confident, motivated and exhilarated once you wake up.

These dreams should be repeated often. Take naps and focus on lucid dreaming. Wild beginnings can turn into ideal situations once you take control of your dream. Put yourself into that mindset – that you will achieve what you have dreamt about. Become obsessed with that ideal scenario and try to make it a reality.

Achievement and Lucid Dreaming

Achieving your life goals can be tough, especially when things don’t always go as planned. By dreaming about these scenarios, you’ll find solutions to your problems. Record everything you experience in a dream journal, and inspire yourself to dream bigger and better on every occasion. Become a master of lucid dreaming! Wild as these theories may seem, there are millions of people that use them every day.

Lucid dreaming can be your greatest ally. Learn to use it to improve your life in every respect. Start by having some fun lucid dreams, and work your way up from there. Not all dreams need a purpose, but to get the most out of every experience – you should focus on having one. The biggest dreamers are the most successful people, history has proven that.

Use every day to work on your lucid dreaming. Wild imaginations are the missing ingredient to having a fulfilled, successful life – so don’t miss out! Harness the power of your dreams and become a better person right now. There’s so much you can achieve when you know how to combine lucid dreaming and your conscious mind. Why not work to make your dreams come true?

Lucid Dreaming Wild

by admin on February 1, 2012

What is WILD?

For some lucid dreaming WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming) is the ultimate method of achieving the conscious dreaming state. Compared to  Dream Induced Lucid Dreaming (DILD), which involves dreaming naturally and noticing a dream sign or trigger and then becoming aware that you are dreaming, the WILD technique suggest one slips into the conscious dreaming  state from the awaken conscious state. Meaning you manage your mind and body to assist it from going into an awake conscious state to a sleeping conscious state. You do not first have to fall asleep and then try to become lucid.

What does it compare to?

Most of us will recall having a similar experience when waking up especially while we are sleeping in. Let me explain.  I have on many occasions in the passed, long before I knew what lucid dreaming WILD was, have had the experience of falling in and out of the dreaming state while semi-awake. This typically would happen when I did not set an alarm and could sleep in for as long as I liked. Provided you’ve had this luxury you would know what I am talking about.

Basically its that stage when you are still in bed and its already late morning and you are fully rested after a long night’s sleep but you are still lying in bed. Although you are slightly conscious of the fact that you are awake you are still perhaps running through a dream you’ve just had and do not  want to admit that you are starting to wake up. If anything you would prefer avoid waking up properly and just enjoy this pleasant state to be in and at all costs want to continue the dream experience. To scared to move your body otherwise you really wakeup and it is all lost.

I have vivid memories of some of these experiences. There are very important elements of these types of experiences that one needs to understand and learn about to be able to practice and become experienced at wild lucid dreaming. Lets have a look at some of these.

Well Rested

Firstly you need to be well rested, I find this is true for any conscious dreaming experience but even more so with the lucid dreaming WILD technique. If you are stressed out and have had a heavy week or have been in a bit of uncomfortable emotional state of late you probably will not find it easy to be successful with wild lucid dreaming . This techniques requires you had a good nights sleep for at least two to four nights in a row.

Relaxation.

Getting yourself in a relaxed but aware mental and physical state is a prerequisite for the wake initiated lucid dream.  Now this is where this one of many lucid dreaming techniques becomes interesting.  Mentally you need to clear your mind of thoughts. This involves just being relaxed and to avoid your thoughts from running away on a tangent. This is where meditation experience will come in very handy.

By the way, If you are serious about becoming experienced at conscious dreaming I would highly recommend learning how to meditate and to start practicing meditation on a regular basis. To be honest I would recommend meditation daily regardless whether you are interested in dream control and conscious dreaming anyway. Trust me on this one.

As I was saying, like with meditation, WILD lucid dreaming involves relaxing your mental state as well as your physical body. You need to lie still. To a large degree you want to get your body to go to sleep but you stay fully alert. As with meditation focus is required to be able to relax your mental state (stop thinking), relax your body  (let any muscle tension across your body go, scan your body from the top down) but stay very alert mentally. To achieve this desired state for lucid dreaming wild takes a bit of focus but with some practice is easily achievable.  This state allows for getting the balance between consciousness and relaxation just right considering the goal is to maintain consciousness but letting the body fall asleep.

When and How to wake induced lucid dream

Some people recommend making use of a power nap opportunity to exercise the lucid dreaming WILD technique. Others recommend sleeping 8 or 10 hours getting up for 15 or 30 minutes and then going back to bed (see the sleeping in analogy above) to start the wake initiated lucid dream process.

Lie in your particular position that you will be comfortable in for a while. Remember you must not move as you want your body to sleep and use the same position every time for this routine so you can help condition yourself for easier success over time.

Make sure you relax all your muscles and initially breath deeply and relax your mind as you let go of all physical and mental tension as discussed above. Set yourself the intention that you are going to lucid dream and start preparing your mental state ensuring you clear your mind as mentioned above. Help your body to fall asleep (relax totally, relax even more, relax even more relax even more….. etc).  After a while, with practice and focus, you should start to see mental images. Not as if you are seeing them through your eyes but rather as if you are perceiving them with your minds eye.

You are initiating dream images by using the wake induced lucid dream technique. Do not try to control  them, or to maintain any vision or sequence. This mental strain will probably make it more difficult. Just relax and trust yourself that this process wil continue and pick up momentum over time by it self. You can not force it, you need your inner self to freely present more by itself. Practice! Be Patient! Anyone can do it you are basically just simulating the sleeping in scenario but maintaining your awareness. Lucid Dreaming WILD its that simple!

How To Lucid Dream Tonight

How To Lucid Dream Tonight

If you want to learn how to lucid dream tonight, then you’ll need to learn some best practices, fast. Lucid dreaming is the art of becoming aware in your dreams, and seizing control of them, but doing it in one night will be tough. Don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t work – these things take time. Maintaining conscious thought in dreams is exciting, and anyone can learn how to do it. All you need are the right circumstances, tools and techniques to get it right.

Preparing For Your Lucid Dream

There are a few things you need to know about lucid dreaming, before you attempt to make one happen. First of all, it doesn’t always work as planned. Sometimes your mind puts things in a strange context, and you have to work with that. Other times, you might not have as much control as you’d like. The more you practice exerting your control, the better you’ll become at it. That’s potentially how to lucid dream tonight.

There are three steps you need to consider to fully prepare for your night of lucid dreaming. The first are your circumstances. Experts say that the best time to have a lucid dream is early in the morning, or during an hour long nap, mid morning. If your goal is to have a lucid dream tonight, then you’ll want to focus on the morning.

Set your alarm clock an hour or two early, so that you’ll have time to recall, record and contemplate your dream. Learning how to lucid dream tonight, means implanting a before-bed ritual. Lie on your back, and meditate on the dream that you’d like to have. Exclude all distractions, and focus on that concept. Beginning the dream in your conscious mind, increases your chances of it continuing as you sleep.

How To Remember Your Dream

The biggest problem you’ll face, is remembering your lucid dream. What’s the point of having them, if you can’t remember them! That’s why you need to keep a dream journal next to your bed. It’s also why waking up earlier than you planned to, is important. If you want to learn how to lucid dream tonight, you need to be mentally prepared. Think about the dream you’d like to have all day.

Tell yourself throughout the day, that you’re going to have a lucid dream tonight, and remember it completely. Then, just before you fall asleep, remind yourself that you are going to have a lucid dream. This conscious affirmation helps your subconscious mind, and you have more chance of achieving self-awareness in a dream when you use these affirmations.

Before you go to bed, don’t watch television for an hour or so. These images might creep into your mind, and you’ll dream about them. Figuring out how to lucid dream tonight, will take mental focus. But the key part, is knowing how to seize control, by using ‘dream signs’ or ‘reality checks.’

How To Wake Up in a Lucid Dream

A dream sign is something that recurs in your dreams. You won’t be able to discover your dream sign tonight and use it – but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t write your dream down. Recording your dreams helps you find your sign. Often, our minds repeat things in our dreams. You might always be wearing a strange necklace for example, which can be your conscious indicator once you’ve recorded a few lucid dreams.

Then, whenever you sleep and dream – because you’ve acknowledged what your dream sign is, you’ll be able to achieve a conscious state faster. Then there are ‘reality checks.’ When learning how to lucid dream tonight, at some point you’ll have to test whether you are dreaming. Surroundings, strange behaviour or supernatural indicators are usually the best reality checks.

If you are flying in your dream for example, your conscious mind will understand that this is not something that happens in the real world. You can then regain control, and fly wherever you want to, however you want to. It’s that simple. Recognition is vital at this point, and it’s something you’ll have to practice, beyond tonight’s dream.

Lucid Dreaming and Your Real World Dreams

When you are inside a lucid dream, you can explore questions that you might not have the answer to in reality. For example, if you’ve never known what sort of career you’re meant to have, you can try having a lucid dream about it tonight. Your mind will be eager to help you solve the problem, and unlock subconscious feelings that you’ve always had, but never acknowledged.

Many leading business people use lucid dreaming as a tool for business. If they want to achieve a certain goal – they have lucid dreams about it first. This motivates them, and gives them confidence in their daily activities. Learning how to lucid dream tonight will be challenging, but if you keep an open mind about it, it’s possible. Once you get the hang of it, you can use it to improve yourself, or to overcome bad habits and phobias.

Is it Possible To Lucid Dream Tonight?

Everyone is different. If you have no trouble remembering your dreams, and they happen often – you have a better chance of lucid dreaming tonight. If however, you feel like you never dream, then you’ll have to spend some time mentally preparing for this experience. If you don’t get it right the first time, keep working on it. It may take some time to learn how to lucid dream. Tonight however, is your first shot at it!

Practice the exercises you’ve learned in this article. Visualize yourself having a lucid dream that you will remember. This is not an exact science, everyone responds to different things. If you already know what you dream about most often, then use that to create a lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is an incredible experience, that frees your mind from any real world circumstances.

Your dream world can be anything that you want it to be. So, if you really want to learn how to lucid dream tonight, use these expert tips and let your imagination soar!

How To Induce a Lucid Dream

by admin on February 1, 2012

How To Induce a Lucid Dream

Many people want to know how to induce a lucid dream. The concept is easy enough to understand, but there are obstacles that stand in your way. Like any skill worth developing, lucid dreaming takes practice. But it also takes technique. There are a number of valuable techniques that experts have developed over the years. These techniques have a high success rate, so you need to learn about them.

Lucid Dreams and Lucid Nightmares

The first thing you need to understand is that the dream world works both ways. You may sometimes find yourself in perfect situations, and other times in distressing circumstances. Dreams and nightmares can be turned into lucid experiences. There are different levels of lucidity as well, which can be alarming at first. Consciousness without control can make a nightmare extremely real to the dreamer.

What you want to develop is a high level of lucidity, so that you have the power to control your dream completely. That’s why learning how to induce a lucid dream is so important. Control from the beginning, encourages control throughout the dreaming process. Let’s take a look at several ways to control the way that you dream, and your level of consciousness.

Inducing a Lucid Dream

Research has taught us how to induce a lucid dream. It indicates that lucid dreams happen most often when you are in sleep state, but are still able to hang onto a thread of consciousness. To create a lucid dream, you’ll have to induce a state of extreme relaxation, so that your body can go to sleep, and you are able to recognize the dream state.

This happens most often just before you wake up, or during short naps. You can replicate this ideal time by setting your alarm clock to go off at chosen intervals, every 3-4 hours. Alternatively, you can take hour long naps that are focused on the act of lucid dreaming. Learning how to induce a lucid dream, means understanding the correct circumstances needed for the dream to take place.

Before going to sleep, practice meditating on the lucid dream you’d like to have. Take long, deep breaths or concentrate on your beating heart. You can also imagine floating gently in a stream, or doing something repetitive, like counting or climbing steps. While meditating, keep the idea of your dream firmly in your mind.

Many people are able to have lucid dreams, but they struggle with remembering what they were. In this instance, you should practice waking slowly from your dream. Keep your eyes closed and meditate again on the lucid dream that you’ve just had. When you feel ready, record the details of your dream in a journal that you keep close by.

Waking Up and Drifting into a Lucid Dream

Another technique is to set your alarm clock for an hour earlier than planned. Wake up and set your alarm clock ahead by another hour, when you need to be up. Then go back to sleep. As you drift back into REM sleep, slowly create your ideal lucid dream in your mind. There is a strong chance that you’ll continue to dream, as your body is in a completely relaxed state. That’s how to induce a lucid dream.

Sleep is at the core of any lucid dreaming technique, so make sure that you aren’t interrupted during your sleep cycle. If you are interrupted, you can slip back into the lucid dream that you were having, by thinking about it consciously, and moving ahead with the dream idea, until you fall asleep again.

Lucid Dreaming Practice

Inducing a lucid dream takes practice and preparation. It’s easier to have a lucid dream if you already know what you want to dream about. Keep your dream goal close, think about it often and then again when you go to sleep, or wake at intervals. If you go to sleep with the goal of having a lucid dream, but you don’t know what you want to dream about – it will be harder to identify yourself in the dream.

Learn how to induce a lucid dream – by planning your week around your sleep cycle. If you can’t afford to take naps during the day, then focus on your mornings. Remember to record everything you dream about, even if it hasn’t been a successful lucid dream. There are often features in your dreams that you can use later, to help regain consciousness as you sleep.

Experts say that to realize you are dreaming, you should use ‘reality checks.’ These checks will help you identify that you are inside a dream. Make a conscious note to hop in your dream, or trace a number or letter on your palm. When you do this often in your dreams, your conscious mind will recognize that you are, in fact, dreaming. Once you know how to induce a lucid dream, it will become second nature.

Regular Habits For Lucid Dreaming

Do as much research as you can on lucid dreaming induction, and think about it as often as you can. Simply knowing that you want to be awake in a dream, will speed along the process. The most important part of knowing how to induce a lucid dream is keeping a regular schedule. Get into the habit of starting off your dreams with your conscious mind. Tell yourself you want to remember and be active, in your dreams.

If you stick to these basic practices, you will find yourself having more lucid dreams, every night or every morning. The trick is to be consistent, even if it doesn’t work for the first few times, or you don’t regain full consciousness in your dream. Eventually if you work hard at it, you’ll be able to have the most vivid and exciting experiences you could ever imagine, while you sleep.

Learn how to induce a lucid dream today, and you’ll be enjoying the freedom of your imagination forever. Habits, reality checks and meditation are all core parts of the process. Stick with them, until you can be awake in every dream that you have!

How Can I Have a Lucid Dream

by admin on February 1, 2012

How Can I Have a Lucid Dream?

Have you been wondering – how can I have a lucid dream? Mastering the art of lucid dreaming is available to anyone these days. All it takes is focus, desire and persistence. Having the right information is also crucial, when first training your mind to achieve incredible feats as you sleep. There are a number of proven methods that you can use, to increase the frequency and recall of your lucid dreams. This website is dedicated to help people find out how to have a lucid dream.

Understanding Lucid Dreams

A lucid dream is nothing more than maintaining a conscious state while dreaming. But, how can I have a lucid dream? It begins with understanding the process of creating and existing within a dream. Have you ever been dreaming, and suddenly felt a consciousness inside that dream? When this happens, you are able to guide your actions, thoughts and manifest new things as you sleep.

There are subtle triggers that can bring about this consciousness. Perhaps you noticed that you were somewhere strange, or with people you’ve never seen before. Your clothing was different, or your body shape has changed. Any number of things could have woken your conscious mind, which can then contemplate and alter your dream, as you see fit.

So, how can I have a lucid dream? It’s simple. By learning how to recall your dreams, and seizing control of them when they happen. When you wake up inside a dream, you’ll be able to let your imagination run wild. You’ll be able to enjoy situations and events that you’ve always wished for, and remember them when you wake up.

How To Have a Lucid Dream

To be able to control your dreams, you need to develop your sense of self-awareness. Only then will you be free to explore your dreams. How can I have a lucid dream, you ask? Step one is to practice self-awareness. That means getting into the routine of acknowledging your dreams, recalling them, and documenting them as well. Begin by thinking about your dreams, how you dream and when you dream.

When was the last time you had a lucid dream? What did it feel like? Write down in a dream journal what you experienced, and acknowledge that you’d like it to happen again on paper. Before you go to sleep that night, prepare to dream. Keep your journal close to you, and begin your dream in your conscious mind before you go to sleep. As you drift off, reaffirm that you will have a lucid dream tonight.

How Do I Wake Up Inside a Dream?

The first question people ask is, how can I have a lucid dream? The second, is how do I wake up inside a dream? Regaining conscious awareness as you sleep can be a difficult thing that you have to learn over time. Learning to recognize key indicators are important when you do this. It involves realizing that you are dreaming, by noticing foreign surroundings, actions or objects.

When you dream, events unfold on their own. It is up to you to recognize that these events are in fact happening as you sleep. Many people use clothing, or fantastic actions to wake themselves up while in a dream state. If you find yourself flying, for example – realizing that you are flying is enough to regain a conscious state. How to have a lucid dream? By being perceptive.

But this involves practice, and dedication to the art of lucid dreaming. The more lucid dreams you create, the more you will have. Having said that, there is no guarantee that you will be able to wake during a dream. A trained, conscious mind is your best ally. As you already know, the conscious mind drives the subconscious mind – so best results are expected when you apply yourself every night.

How Can I Have a Lucid Dream Every Night?

When you dream, track your progress in a dream journal. Write down exactly what you remember, down to the last detail. When you are dreaming, notice colours, shapes, people, and where your subconscious mind has placed you. Detail these in your journal, and review them often. Don’t forget to do your reality tests, to awake your conscious mind as you are sleeping.

How to have a lucid dream every night? It is possible. Research has shown that people dream multiple times every night. If you focus your mind enough – you’ll be able to invent what experts call a ‘dream sign.’ Your dream sign is a specific object that is common in most of your dreams, and will help you recognize that you are in fact, dreaming. A common dream sign is clothing.

When a person dreams, they often end up wearing new or strange clothes. This can become a signifier, and you can learn to use them, to wake up inside a dream. Your dream sign may be different, but it will be present in a lot of your dreams. Latch onto what it is, by using your dream journal to track your dreams. Tell yourself, when you see it – that’s when you’re dreaming.

What Do I Do Once I’m Awake?

When you regain consciousness in a dream, there is virtually nothing you can’t do. In the beginning, you’ll find controlling your actions difficult, because you’re not used to that much freedom. If you work on it though, you’ll soon be able to fulfil your wildest dreams, while sleeping! How can I have a lucid dream, after I’ve just been in one?

To continue a lucid dream, some experts say that not opening your eyes after you’ve become fully awake, is key. Slowly allow your mind to drift back to that dream, and run, jump or spin. For some reason, this readjusts your dream, and you can continue. If this doesn’t work, simply think about that dream for awhile, and consciously continue it, until you fall back to sleep.

You can be a lucid dreamer, if you put your mind to it. Everyday, people are realizing that they can experience amazing things by dreaming them in a conscious state. So, how can I have a lucid dream? The answer is to work on it every night. To dedicate yourself to the dream world. Practice your dream signs and reality checks, and soon you’ll open up a magical world, where anything is possible!

Dream Control

by admin on February 1, 2012

Dream Control in Lucid Dreams

Dream control in lucid dreams, is by far the most important part of learning how to have these conscious dreams. Some people struggle with control to begin with, but there are techniques that you can learn to heighten the control you have as you sleep. There are different levels of control, with the context of your dream plot.

Controlling Your Dreams

Controlling your dreams is trickier than it sounds. Your mind is a wonderfully complex thing, and sometimes it lets you do some things, and not others. Have you ever had a lucid dream and tried to do something, but you just couldn’t get it right? A common example of this sort of limited dream control, is attempting to fly, but you can’t – or wanting to go somewhere specific, but you can’t.

When you sleep, you are still subjected to the limits of your imagination or belief system. Stepping into a lucid dream is an incredible experience, but you first have to get used to the idea that all things are possible. In the dream world, you can do anything – but you have to consciously believe that you can do it. This goes hand in hand with realizing that you are dreaming.

Once you have established that you are in a dream, your conscious mind can then begin to control your actions. Freed from the constraints of reality, you’ll be able to fly, breathe underwater, have super human strength or play an instrument like a virtuoso. That realization, is what will help you with dream control. If you still feel like the dream is real, you’ll be subject to real world limitations.

Creative Control in Dreams

Actions speak louder than words, in dreams. Sometimes you’ll want someone or something to appear, but simply wishing for it is not enough. Instead you need to take action, to get your mind to materialize what you want. Instead of trying to force your mind to make someone appear – call them, or walk towards a building and tell yourself they’ll be inside. This will make it easier for your mind to focus.

Dream control really is an art. In lucid dreaming, when control counts the most – you’ll have to become accustomed to the idea that anything is possible. Practice is instrumental in freeing your mind from limitation. The more you are able to control your dreams, the more creative opportunities you’ll create for yourself. Be imaginative, and challenge yourself to constantly improve this skill.

Staying In Your Dream

Approach your creative ideas gently, when you first start exploring your dreams. Many people find that if they try to force something, or want something to happen too much – they wake themselves up. Dream control is about working within the confines of your imagination. Go with the flow, and try to influence actions as you’re moving within the context of the story.

Using Control To Enhance Your Life

Imagine if you could control the images, ideas, emotions and sensations that happen as you sleep? When you learn to harness the power of dream control, you’ll be able to use it to make your life better. Experts have done studies into lucid dreaming, and found that it can be a wonderful psychological tool. Use it to get over a life long phobia, or to give you courage and confidence when you need it.

If you have trouble remembering your dreams, you can use specially made soundtracks that will put your mind at ease, and help you dream. As you maintain that link of conscious awareness, you’ll be able to invent scenarios and use them to your advantage. Have you always wanted to climb a mountain? Do it in your dreams!

When you wake up from dream control, you’ll feel refreshed and energised. After all, you’ve just achieved something amazing! People respond to dreams much like they respond to real life occurrences. If you need more excitement in your life, use your dreams to get it. It’s a harmless and healthy way to explore your world.

Does Dream Control Really Work?

Have you ever had a dream that felt so real, you woke up crying, or laughing? This is the emotional impact that dreams have on our lives. When you learn to control your dreams, you have gained a major influence in your life. If you’ve always wanted to wake up feeling happy or excited for the day ahead, lucid dreaming can help you do it. Simply tap into your creative imagination.

Dream control and lucid dreaming are closely associated. While they aren’t the same thing, they both open up new possibilities for the dreamer. If you want to master the art of lucid dreaming, then you need to know how to properly control your dreams. To do this requires preparation. Stare at a picture or symbol just before you go to sleep.

While you’re doing this, think of the dream you’d like to have. Make sure that you’re in a quiet room, with no distractions. You can play music that relaxes you, or reminds you of the dream that you want to have. Do this mid morning, and sleep for only an hour. Your chances of having dream control increase when you sleep for short periods.

Dream control really works. It’s been used by psychiatrists to help troubled patients, and business people use it all the time as a way to inspire or motivate themselves. Acknowledge the fact that nothing can hurt you in your dreams. Remember that you have the power to change whatever is happening to you inside your dream. All it takes is conscious awareness, and a little practice.

Learn how to control your dreams today, to tap into that magical world of excitement and adventure. With a powerful imagination, you can shape your dreams into what they were always meant to be. Don’t hold back anymore. Experience new things every time you go to bed! Millions of people are using lucid dreaming and dream control to enhance their lives. You can do it too!

What is Lucid Dreaming

Lucid Dreaming, also known as conscious dreaming, comes more naturally to some than others. Luckily, regardless of where you are on this journey, anyone can get going and become experienced, in the same way anyone can learn to use a computer. For me, the pure joy of knowing that I have a new gift I never knew I had was the most empowering experience I have had in many years. This gift involves a discovery of how your mind works and how we are connected to our dream or spiritual world. This then leads to understanding how this effects our current success & happiness and how it can assist. Other than this holistic view it basically involves the skill to be aware or conscious of the fact that you are dreaming. This skill can then be cultivated to allow yourself to control your dream. Now this is where the magic starts. Now you can control your dream in such away that you can live out any fantasy you want, go on any adventure you chose or address concerns you may have in your life. Yes the limits of your own imagination is the only thing that will keep you back, anything is possible! If you are still asking what is lucid dreaming please keep on reading.
